Jace laid a thick, fluffy blanket out on the floor as their structure and of course floor. Then he swiftly slipped a blanket on top of the chairs and couches securing them with pins. "My mom used to stay home and make forts with me all the time." He chuckled as he laid a blanket over the chairs as the back of the fort. "Dad was always gone and out of the house so we had some fun since he was not there." He crawled into the fort laying out some pillows in the corners. His hand grabbed the stuffed animal from before making sure it was in here as well. "All done!" He smiled crawling out from the fort. His eyes glanced at her once more, he blushed up hard, "She probably thinks im dumb and soft," He thought as he admired her once more.

Colette had helped with the last bits of securing the blankets and adding in pillows to the fort. "Both my parents were always gone. I was mostly left to just entertain myself, not that I minded. Id get into anything I could," she said with a small smile. It was part of the reason she'd started going out and partying as much as she did. It was the only time she enjoyed herself and had people to be around. "Awesome! I guess now it's time to enjoy this masterpiece," she giggled, getting down so that she could go into the fort. "He's actually a sweetheart.. I like it," she smiled to herself, looked back to him, admiring him as well.

Jace smiled hoping the red tint to his face wouldn't be seen, "I'm going to make some popcorn." He muttered as he walked into the kitchen to make some popcorn, "I never thought i'd actually fall for her." He thought to himself as he added extra butter. Smirking he brought the popcorn into the fort, "We could watch another movie orr- Uhh I don't know what to do now," He smiled nervously as the red tint blushed onto his face harder.

Colette had seen his blush, but she decided not to tease him about it. "Okay, I'll be here waiting," she smiled before crawling into the fort, getting comfortable. She laid back, an arm bent above her head and her legs drawn up a bit. "Am I actually falling for him? I really don't want my dad to have that satisfaction.." Her thoughts were interrupted when he returned with the popcorn, asking if she wanted to watch another movie or something. Colette sat up humming lightly in thought. "We could watch another movie or maybe play a video game if you're into that?" She said, her head tilted as she waited for his reaction.

Jace gave a weird look, "I never got to play video games as a kid. My dad was convinced they corrupt your brain." He chuckled lightly. "You could teach me though." He teased lightly as he shifted in the fort, he practically took all the room. His face blushed ever so slightly, "Shes close to me again!" He nervously thought as he inhaled her perfume, "Mm~ her perfume is sweet though," His thoughts wondered as he found himself soaring into her eyes.

Colette nodded understandingly. "I only know how because I had so much free time on my hands. That and most of my old boyfriends that were my age did a lot of playing," she said, shaking her head slightly. "I wouldn't mind teaching you though," she smiled, eating a piece of popcorn. "We're so close.. and he's looking at me like that again.." she thought to herself, her hands fidgeting slightly in her lap. He made her a little nervous, but not in a bad way. Colette trained her gaze on him in return and brushed some hair away from her face.

Jace smiled lightly, "I think I saw a console in that closet." He groaned as he got up and wearily crawled in the closet full of blankets. "Oh god there's a whole basement full of blankets I swear!!" He exclaimed as he dove deeper in the blankets. "I can't breathe!" He wailed as he emerged from the pile of blankets in the closet with a brand new X-box 1. "This house has everything I swear." He chuckled as he started hooking the console up. Naturally some how he was good with his hands. "All hooked up!" He smiled handing her the other controller as he laid halfway in and out of the fort.

She giggled at how dramatic he was being once more, making her think about how cute he was being. "Stop falling for him dang it," she scolded herself. Colette watched as he set up the X-box, having to stop her thoughts from running wild. "It would seem so. It's like our parents really tried to make sure we had everything," she laughed as she too came to lay half in and half out of the fort. Colette started up the console and opened up to a game that seemed to be centered around competitive battle. "It's real easy once you get the hang of what buttons do what," she said, glancing over at him.

Jace some how started getting a hang of it and was beating her by a long shot, "Hah look who's winning!" He teased as he focused on the game. He could feel butterflies in his stomach the more and more he thought about her, "Shes really good." He smirked as he ignored his thoughts bringing his mind fully on winning. "I got you again!" He happily yelled as it announced the winner on the screen.

Colette was surprised at how good he actually was at the game. She was a decent player, so it was nice to have a challenge put up. "Beginners luck~" she teased as she put down her controller with a giggle. "You did really good," she smiled before yawning quietly. It had gotten somewhat late and they'd played a good few games already. Her thoughts wandered over to him once more as she propped up onto her side, glancing over at him. "He was so fun to play with.."
